Job Responsibilities
As a global Talent Attractiveness PM, you will be involved in supporting the roll out of talent attractiveness activities globally and monitor their local implementations.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Following global Talent Acquisition transformation managing key projects like Talent Acquisition Academy and global career channels content management.
- Accompanying local roll-out of the global talent attractiveness strategy with PVP localization, career channel content alignment or job description template adoption
- Strengthening data-driven focus measuring and reporting on global and local KPIs (candidate intelligence data from LinkedIn Talent insights and Glassdoor reviews)
About Profile
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong capability in project management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Talent Acquisition Knowledge: You have a foundational understanding of talent acquisition and candidate experience topics.
- Strong Project Management Skills: You excel in project management, with a proven ability to drive initiatives forward and ensure timely execution.
- International Environment Experience: You are comfortable working in a global context, engaging with stakeholders from both global and local teams within Capgemini.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You possess strong problem-solving abilities and can support change management efforts to help Capgemini become a talent magnet.
