We at Coforge are hiring Receptionist / Office Manager with the following skillset;

  • Previous experience having worked as an Office Manager.
  • Experience with Concur or making travel arrangements other than local.
  • Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette.
  • Pleasant and Cheerful demeanour
  • Coordinate front desk activities and assist visitors.
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Assist with Travel bookings. Manage conference room bookings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Issue access cards. Receiving and distributing incoming mails.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • To be present at the front desk for the entirety of their shift.
