- Previous experience having worked as an Office Manager.
- Experience with Concur or making travel arrangements other than local.
- Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette.
- Pleasant and Cheerful demeanour
- Coordinate front desk activities and assist visitors.
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Assist with Travel bookings. Manage conference room bookings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Issue access cards. Receiving and distributing incoming mails.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- To be present at the front desk for the entirety of their shift.
