Cognizant Consulting is looking for an exceptional Junior Business Analyst as part of our Graduate Program to join a consulting team within our Zurich or Geneva Consulting practice serving Fortune 500 clients in Switzerland. This full-time Junior Business Analyst (Graduate Program) role is based in Zurich or Geneva, and offers a generous salary and benefits.
As a Junior Business Analyst (Graduate Program) you will support clients on their digital journey by analyzing business problems and creating value by providing recommendations on business-critical problems.
Role
To give you an idea of how this Junior Business Analyst role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Support clients on their digital journey by analyzing business problems and creating value by providing recommendations on business-critical problems
- Develop advisory experience in one or more industry sectors
- Assist the consulting team in preparing strategic business proposals and recommendations in Digital and Business transformation
To apply for this Junior Business Analyst role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- A Master’s degree from Swiss top universities combining business, technology and ideally industry knowledge in Airlines, Travel Intermediaries, Hospitality and/or Retail
- Graduation completed in the last two years is also required, along with academic exposure or internship or work experience in Digital, Strategy, Innovation
- Fluent German or French & English language
- Positive attitude, team spirit, flexible personality, and ability to cope with fast-paced and innovative business environment
- Strategic thinking combined with problem-solving skills, passion for Digitalization and interest for development in the P&R sector
- Outstanding communication and cross-cultural skills combined with proactive attitude, exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity
- Team-orientation and collaborative approach
- Ability to travel within Europe based on client engagement
