Job Title: Senior Process Executive – Voice (Spanish)
Job Summary –
Qualification – L&P Graduate (exclusion – BE BTech and MCA) or High School graduate as may be applicable in the Geo.
- Individuals in this role need to interact with Spanish clients over phone and emails understand & gather information about the request review the available information resolve issues or queries escalate unresolved incidents execute the task accurately with the objective of providing highest level of customer satisfaction within the limits of pre-defined corporate guidelines. - Claims management – Recording the claim received through emails Fax Excel & Web related work disability claims surveyor document review transcription Investigation Assignments Fraud Management Legal documents invoices Appeals Tax compliance Statutory and Legal reporting requirements should also include audit requirement fulfilment.
- Refer to knowledge updates or repositories to effectively process transactions.
Shift Timings – 05-30 pm to 03-30 am IST
