Position: Event/Office Coordinator
Location: New York, NY 10017 (Fully Onsite)
Duration: 7+ months (Possible extension/conversion)
Day to day:
- Responsible for overseeing workplace services, facilities maintenance, and event logistics.
- Helping set up corporate events
- Performing other office administrative duties as required
Must Haves:
- 2+ years experience working with a large industry client
- Event Coordination experience preferably in a corporate settin
- Facility and Office coordination experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with senior executives
Nice to have:
- Ticketing experience in previous roles is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
