Position: Event/Office Coordinator

Location: New York, NY 10017 (Fully Onsite)

Duration: 7+ months (Possible extension/conversion)

Day to day:

  • Responsible for overseeing workplace services, facilities maintenance, and event logistics.
  • Helping set up corporate events
  • Performing other office administrative duties as required

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years experience working with a large industry client
  • Event Coordination experience preferably in a corporate settin
  • Facility and Office coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with senior executives

Nice to have:

  • Ticketing experience in previous roles is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
