Role Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of the Concentrix Catalyst team, ensuring the seamless performance and maintenance of critical applications like the Trade Portal. You’ll collaborate with top professionals and leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and analyze low-severity production issues in the Trade Portal application.
  • Recreate and resolve application problems in test environments.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Trade Portal applications across multiple environments (UAT/Standby/Production).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including DBA, server, and network teams, to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Participate in planned activities, including server movements, DR drills, and version migrations.
  • Enhance the knowledge base with resolutions for better future support.
  • Handle data queries for management, regulatory, and business teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of server and database operations.
