About the Role

The ServiceNow Administrator at CrowdStrike will focus on supporting the platform, managing Incidents, and collaborating with ServiceNow Architects and Developers on various projects. Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for platform customization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and workflow-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (SNOW).
  • Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST, JSON) and debugging techniques.
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow table extension model and CMDB concepts.
  • ITIL Foundation V3 Certification.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM or similar modules.
