Role Description

CyberArk is looking for motivated early-career sales talent to join their team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This position offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales while working in the rapidly growing cybersecurity field. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outreach via cold calls, emails, and prospecting tools. You’ll work closely with the closing sales team and help drive growth by engaging with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Prospecting

As an SDR, you will proactively prospect new business opportunities with commercial accounts. This will involve cold calling, emailing, and using prospecting tools to generate new conversations and sales opportunities.

Understand Customer Needs

To effectively engage with prospects, you will need to understand their primary business challenges and present the appropriate CyberArk solution for their needs.

Manage Sales Pipeline

You will manage and track your opportunities and sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring that all activities are up-to-date and aligned with team goals.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the closing sales team, meeting daily/weekly targets and ensuring a smooth process in securing new business for the organization.

Professional Representation

Represent yourself and CyberArk in a professional manner during all communications with prospects, customers, and vendors.

Additional Information

CyberArk offers a competitive salary range for this role of $51,000 – $70,000 per year, with additional commissions or discretionary bonuses based on performance. The compensation package also includes a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, financial benefits, and more.
