The Project Scheduler/Project Planner helps keep all parts of the project organized and running accordingly. The Project scheduler works closely with the Project Manager to create a comprehensive action plan concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects. The project scheduler performs various duties, such as scheduling and risk management, with a high level of communication.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs for projects with the oversight and support of a Project Manager
- Work closely with the Project Manager to create a comprehensive action plan concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for projects
- Perform various duties such as scheduling and risk management with a high level of communication
- Track, audit, and report the iOffice platform
- Assign new hire parking while keeping records and making sure it is up-to-date. Make sure parking lots are accessible, clean, and marked appropriately
- Track new hires in EOB systems and update when necessary
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills
- Preferred Facilities experience
