Datamatics is seeking a talented Presales Professional to join the growing organization and be an integral member towards responding large contracts.

In charge and accountable for providing support to the sales teams to help acquire new customers for BPO – Customer Management Solution/Contact Centre Solution Segment in North America and European Market.
Performing pre-sales product demonstrations
Building technical and commercial proposals
Manage bids and ensure quality proposals through coordination with all stakeholders
Engaging in and responding to RFI/RFP procurement processes.
Leading the Proof of Concept (POC) developments and presenting the POC
Building and delivering comprehensive customized demonstration.
Delivers high quality, technical expertise in the pre-sales process to help close sales opportunities with the customers.
Delivering solution centric & domain-specific presentations where needed.
Presenting to all levels of the organization including top management.
Assist in creating collaterals, case studies, white Papers, etc.
Assisting in the timely closure of sales opportunities.
Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository
Required knowledge, skill & experience:
Should have atleast 8 years of experience within presales
Should have good experience in BPO Industry (Customer Management Solution/Contact Centre Solution)
Should have experience for North America and Europe Market
Good experience in solution architecting, understand the requirement and create pitches.
Should have proven capability to engage the client at an executive level
Should be able to engage in a technical and business conversation with Client to understand their requirements
Should have strong problem-solving skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should have strong Presentation skills.
Any exposure to Research, Analytics & CX will be a plus.
