Solution Analyst – Qualtrics

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Solution Analyst. This role will involve active participation in the development and implementation of the Qualtrics platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the implementation team, contributing to the deployment of features and functionalities within the Qualtrics platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Implementation: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of features (e.g., surveys, email distribution, dashboards) within the Qualtrics platform.
  • Building and Scripting: Engage in survey creation, coding tasks, and configuration activities to support Qualtrics implementation requirements.
  • Testing and Debugging: Participate in testing efforts to identify issues and inconsistencies, providing support in debugging and resolving these problems.
  • Documentation: Help create technical documentation for custom solution implementations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and leads to understand project requirements, contribute to technical implementations, and follow best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of implementations through testing, verification, and validation activities.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Qualtrics implementation. A Qualtrics certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to understand complex software and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in data analytics and interpretation.
  • Experience with survey programming tools such as Decipher and Confirmit is an advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS) with a willingness to learn new languages or technologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, learn quickly, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • A strong desire to take on challenges and grow within a technical role in a SaaS environment.
