Role Summary
As a Sales Manager at Datamatics, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth by leading and motivating a sales team. This role will involve acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, and contributing to strategic sales plans. You’ll be responsible for engaging with clients across the BFSI sector, understanding their needs, and crafting solutions that align with Datamatics’ IT and digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your existing network to generate new business and acquire customers within the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to maximize team potential.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve and consistently meet sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Manage key customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Respond to RFPs, manage legal clauses, and support bid documents for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the offshore delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Experience
- Relevant experience in Sales, with a focus on IT and Digital Services in the Mumbai market.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams is preferred.
Education
- Any graduate or post-graduate degree.

- Technical/Functional Skills: Strong sales ability, business and industry analysis, lead generation to sales conversion, and sales closing techniques.
