- Perform monthly reconciliation of sales projections, forecasts, and cost optimization.
3. Sales Order and Inventory Management
- Coordinate end-to-end order processing for customers and partners.
- Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and billing for distributors and vendors.
- Track and maintain predefined turnaround times (TAT) for order completion.
4. Vendor and Customer Relationship Management
- Provide post-sales support for customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Handle distributor queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors for smooth operations.
5. Call Handling and Collections
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for account collections in India, the US, and the UAE.
