Manage the lateral hiring recruitment process of business & strategic requirements primarily-sales, marketing & support.
Resume sourcing, interview coordination and candidate engagement throughout the Journey
Understanding the requirements from the hiring manager, develop Job descriptions and consult market trends
Develop and maintain statistics and data about the recruitment trends specific to the businesses catered
Use innovative hiring channels beyond the traditional job portals
Develop exciting content to attract top talent and brand DGSL as an employer
Collaboration with key stakeholders and cross teams

Desired Skills
5-6 Years Talent Acquisition experience in the Information Technology/Computer Software Industry
At least 6 months of hiring experience for the United States region.
Highly articulate in English (written & verbal) and persuasive communication and an ability to engage global or leadership candidates
Must be tech-savvy and active with social media channels
Must be a MBA/PGDM-Business Administration
