- Customer Account-Related Application Data Entry
- Digital Deposit Account Application Review
- Digital Deposit ATM Card/Password Letter Issuance
- Returned Statement Control and Customer Inquiry Processing
- Handling of CBG Bank-Wide Account-Related Official Documents
- Credit Card Application Data Entry and Review
- Mortgage Application Data Entry Processing
Requirements
- Minimum of one years of working experience in a financial institution or relevant industry
- Self-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably, familiarity with banking products and processes
- Fluent in English with good presentation skills
