Job Purpose: Drive daily productivity of CEP Personal Bankers
Key Accountability: The key accountability of CRM is onboard new relationships and get quality salary accounts from the team along with Cross Sell for channel profitability
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive monthly productivity of CEP PB for NoA, Value with salary credits & Cross-sell
Onboard and manage mid-size corporates
Drive product penetration across mapped set of corporates
Plan out work-sites and participate in inductions
Recruitment & training
Risk and Control management for mapped relationships
Preferred Qualification and Experience:
Graduate/post-graduate with min 10 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ready to travel and goal oriented
Must be a good listener and presenter
Technical Experience and Competencies:
Deep Banking knowledge
Computer Skills and digital knowledge
Good network in the market
