Role Overview

The Relationship Manager for TASC will play a dual role, balancing business acquisition (hunter) and relationship management (farmer). This position requires a deep understanding of TASC products and documentation processes, as well as the ability to structure innovative deals to meet client needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients to drive the bank’s liabilities balance sheet.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure stability and growth of balances/income from existing clients while acquiring new ones.
  • Structure and implement innovative deals to provide value to clients.
  • Activate various segments and acquire TASC clients through branch, TR RM, and PBs.
  • Provide training for account opening and other processes for various channels.
  • Maintain and build relationships with institutions to originate business.
  • Streamline TASC account opening and transaction processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maximize resource productivity focused on TASC business.
  • Activate branches and ensure mindshare for TASC business.
  • Acquire quality TASC accounts through various channels.
  • Organize events in societies, clubs, and apartments to drive business.
  • Leverage internal relationships to enhance sales and client service.
  • Train and support various channels in acquiring and managing TASC clients.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in TASC & government business.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
