Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Relevant experience in contract management, commercial contracts, or similar functions.
- Proficiency in reviewing and redlining commercial contracts.
- Experience with contract management systems is a plus.
- Experience in managing professional services agreements, IT consulting, or outsourcing contracts is highly beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
