Assistant Manager – CIR
Work you’ll do
As a part of this team, you will be involved with:
Collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including client-serving teams, Partners, and member firms, to understand their requirements and business needs, and work with team members to execute the necessary tasks. Outreach to Member Firm contacts (finance and business) to coordinate annual labor cost and threshold bill rate collection and validation process across all MF’s Lead the efforts and collaborate with various global teams such as Member firm’s & Internal team (Jupiter, SWIFT, Synaptica and CDMS) to ensure data submitted is complete and accurate. Display business judgment and problem solving abilities and to guide team members in resolving exceptions/unique issues. Provide analytical insights on dashboards and presentations. Understand overall process and should be able to support the program lead in strategic priorities. Proactively manage process operations and ensure seamless business continuity planning (BCP) implementation. Conduct various quality reviews to guarantee the accuracy of data. Take charge of team mailbox allocation and lead training sessions for the team when requested Maintain open lines of communication with the team members and US counterparts. Analyze information gathered from various stakeholders and propose changes for improvement in our CIR application. Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience of the CIR tool. Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date documentation and conduct regular reviews. Working with team members and providing support to stakeholders located worldwide. Mentor/ Coach team members
The team
The DTTL Global Finance Group supports DTTL and member firms globally with financial reporting, analysis and related strategic projects. You will perform detailed financial analysis, report creation, and support projects being led by the team.The role includes stakeholder management, creation of deliverables for executive leadership, so the successful candidate must be highly organized with key eye for detail and be able to quickly respond to leadership ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
Required:
7 – 9 years of experience in data management, reporting and analysis. MBA / Graduates degree in Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration. Understands financial accounting and operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators). Superior written and verbal communication: strong, clear, concise writing skills.Must be able to effectively communicate with all professional levels within Deloitte. Experience in handling multiple Strategic projects along with regular quality check. Display business judgment and problem solving abilities and to guide team members in resolving exceptions/unique issues. Must have experience managing projects and dealing with clients. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Knowledge in SQL, data visualization tools like Tableau/Qlik Sense preferred Attention to detail, keen interest in data analytics and visualization Outstanding research, analytics, and quantitative aptitude; advanced attention to detail, problem solving and efficient in stakeholder management required for success in this role Understanding of data surrounding client engagements and how data is used by account managers Critical problem solving ability
