Position Summary

The Executive Manager – CoRe Knowledge Services, will lead a team of 40+ professionals to deliver high-quality & specialized Knowledge Management (KM) services to our US Member Firm. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, stakeholder management, improving service delivery, and supporting innovation within the team. The Executive Manager will handle people management, project planning, and relationship management to align with the overall KM strategy and organizational goals.

Roles And Responsibilities

Operations – People, Project, and Process Management

  • Lead a team of Managers and professionals for Knowledge Management (content and platform) Delivery.
  • Oversee performance management for the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies for resource planning, recruiting, and process development.
  • Support career path development and retention initiatives within the team.
  • Encourage innovative thinking and solutions within the team.
  • Align team activities with the overall KM strategy and priorities.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement process improvements.
  • Support the execution of strategy projects and related deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support innovation projects.
  • Accountable of Statement of Work creation, renewal and signoff.

Relationship Management and Strategy

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the service line.
  • Develop networks and relationships with extended teams within KM and external stakeholder groups.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and influence within the team, customers and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, synthesizing data into meaningful reports and recommendations.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to work with global stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate across teams, levels, and business units.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Interact effectively with senior leaders.
  • Navigate a global, matrixed, and often virtual environment for effective outcomes.
  • Develop and mentor team members.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies.
  • Stay up to date on KM trends.

Key Competencies And Skills

  • Experience in leading teams and managing experienced managers and leaders.
  • Strong background in Knowledge Management and related strategic initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working on transformation projects and providing change management and communications oversight.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build networks across various functions and geographies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with leadership.
  • Experience in developing and executing resource planning and process development strategies.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and Cognitive technologies is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate tough issues and ensure the best decision is made while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking

Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and projects.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with clients/customers.
  • 7+ years of experience in planning, estimation, resource management, project tracking, scope control, risk, and issues management.
  • MBA degree in business administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications.

Work Location : Hyderabad & Bengaluru

Shift Timing : 11AM-8PM
