Required Skills

  • 2.5 to 5 years of experience in Workday Security, including detailed experience with configurable security and functional/system-level configurations.
  • Experience in full cycle Workday Security assessments, design, and implementations.
  • Strong understanding of security design best practices in ERP systems, particularly Workday.
  • Proficiency in Single Sign-on (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) features in Workday.
  • Ability to implement, optimize, and test automated and manual security controls in Workday.
  • Experience with Segregation of Duties (SOD) frameworks and data privacy in relation to Workday.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Big 4 consulting experience.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management tools like Okta, Duo, and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of data protection tools and techniques.
  • Workday Functional Certifications.
  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications are a plus.
