Job Title- Information Security Specialist
Location- Pune, India
Role Description
You will be part of a Chief Information Security team under Identity and access services pillar. This team is responsible for front ending business users and provide Identity & Access related services end to end. Team is responsible for onboarding user and infrastructure applications to central solutions, managing entire access life cycle of business users which includes provide access on need to know basis, segregation of duty provide recertification services and revoking access when not required.
Your role will be to monitor and control external outsourcing engagement between Third Party Vendor and Deutsche India Private Limited. In addition, this role supports Access Lifecycle Continuous Improvements activities (i.e. driving process improvements where needed).

Your key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the security and integrity of Deutsche Bank’s digital assets.
- Third Party Vendor Governance.
- Supporting I&A management in third party contractual procedures / orchestration ( As above).
- Supporting vendor risk management ( As above).
- Driving continual service improvements within I&A domain.
- Preparing required process documentation to support I&A services
Your skills and experience
- Graduate /Postgraduate degree in management.
- Experienced in preparing contractual documentation.
- At least three years of experience in vendor risk management.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advance level skillset in preparing presentations, word and excel.
- Preferred having hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management and banking domain.
- Advanced skills on PowerPoint and excel.
