Job Title: Risk Reporting Specialist – Corporate Bank and Branch Operations
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Description
In this role the successful candidate will support risk and control functions across Corporate Bank and Branch Operations globally.
The role requires you to work as team member to develop risk data sets, manage reporting to promote risk identification, development of risk analytics to identify areas to elevated or new risk and the development and execution of various risk frameworks.
You will be required to work closely with the various Embedded Risk Teams, Operations, IT and Business Managers as well as the 2nd and 3rd lines to ensure effective management of operations risk.
You will be leading various Risk Initiatives such as conducting Risk based Assessments, Read Across exercises, Risk workshops & Reviews on behalf of Risk and Control function to proactively identify and address risk. You will also actively participate in various NFRM working groups providing your expertise in supporting DBs control environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely and accurate day to day Risk reporting to Corporate Bank and Branch Ops ExCo and other stake holders.
Identify areas of emerging Risk, run Risk Assessments, Read Across sessions and drive risk awareness. This will include risk training sessions.
Drive risk related projects across CB Ops to further enhance risk frameworks, drive sustainable controls and automated processes where appropriate.
Provide oversight on timely completion of all aspects of Audit and SII Life Cycle Events such as Closure, Risk Acceptance etc.
Your Skills And Experience
Knowledge of Risk & Control framework as applicable to Banking Industry along with a strong Risk Management awareness.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Familiarity with working on Tableau, Alteryx or other BI tools and working knowledge of any database, SQL and HTML language is an added advantage.
