Job Title:Seller support advisor

  • Seller relationships: Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your sellers’ portfolio. Build, manage and maintain strong, long-lasting seller relationships by championing the sellers’ needs at eBay.
  • Business analysis & growth: Conduct deep-dive analysis to develop and execute business plans with existing sellers and/or identify new opportunities and areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas. Publish key insights and action plans based on data.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the joint business plans and the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Seller operations: Work with sellers and internal stakeholders to improve operational elements of sellers’ business on eBay to ensure great buyer experience. Assistance with high severity requests and/or issue escalations as needed should be provided. Provide timely as well as successful delivery of resolutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in Consumer/eCommerce/Retail industries
  • Business proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Computer literacy with good working knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skillsets

  • Basic market knowledge – Good understanding of the general market concepts and drivers of any business
  • Effective Presentation – Good written and oral presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly in front of C-level executives
  • Internal & External Relationships: Proven track record of developing, managing and growing business relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a result-oriented environment
  • Data Interpretation: Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics driven.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under shift schedule from 11am – 8pm IND time. Weekend Off & Hybrid working model.
