Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consulting Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, particularly in Financial Markets, with experience in leading firms such as big 4 consulting companies, Genpact Headstrong, or similar. Alternatively, candidates with a background in Change Management Departments at Investment Banks are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Delivery Management:
Oversee and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Account Management and Business Development:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Actively contribute to business development efforts, including presales activities.
Functional Architecture and Product Management:
Serve as a functional architect, providing expert guidance on system architecture and design.
Contribute to product management activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
Client Interaction:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their objectives.
Manage client expectations and satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15-20 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Financial Markets.
- Proven experience in Delivery Management, Account Management, Business Development, and Presales.
- Strong background in functional architecture and product management.
- Experience in Change Management Departments at Investment Banks is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
