Job Summary: Join our team as a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Application Engineering and use your engineering skills and knowledge of Fisher Sizing Software to design and select the best product for our customers. You will also prepare and respond to techno-commercial offers and technical queries.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To independently handle customer RFQs, prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer’s requirements and expectations, as well as the company’s standards and policies.
- To coordinate with the sales team or project pursuit to attend to the enquiries from customers and provide them with timely and accurate information.
- To handle a key account customer and maintain a positive relationship with them, ensuring their satisfaction and dedication.
- To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the vital support and mentorship in both enquiry and post order stage.
- To acquire and review post order documentation approval from the customer and ensure its compliance with the contract terms and conditions.
- To maintain a good company image of integrity, proficiency, efficiency and concern for customers and representatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Proven experience within the Oil & Gas Industry and knowledge within the Control Valve Industry;
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant technical field (e.g. instrumentation, process technology or electronics). Candidates without the required education or years of experience may be considered depending on other qualifications and/or ability to demonstrate an ability to learn.
- Hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to maintain high level of personal credibility in front of customers and colleagues alike.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various parts of the business to achieve goals;
- Mechanical proficiency and visualization skills to create and select the best product for the clients (preferred).
- Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred).
- Ability to make presentations and persuade the customer (preferred)
