About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are seeking a dedicated Senior support engineer for our internal Enterprise Mobility Management solution, which is based on Microsoft Intune.
What you will do:
End to end responsible for EMM infrastructure, enhancement, implementation, and support.
Resolve user issues via email or Team session.
Reproducing issues in-house and respond promptly.
Regular follow-ups with the user with recommendations, updates, and action plans.
Escalate issues on time according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, Yammer forums, and other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to user issues.
Create new knowledge base articles to capture new learnings for reuse throughout the organization.
Maintain all the servers and certificates/tokens regarding EMM service.
Participate in technical communications within the Technical Support Team to share best practices and learn about new technologies.
Focus on an area of technical specialization and attend technical training.
Perform testing on mobile devices as per the business need/requirement.
Read and work with other Technical Support Engineers on cases that will help cultivate that expertise.
The skills you bring:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune
Good understanding of ABM and KME concepts and integrations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can explain technical topics in simple terms; can think quickly and react to user-impacting situations.
Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed to work successfully with users in high-stress and or ambiguous situations.
Strong understanding of iOS and Android (mainly Samsung) mobile device platforms.
Knowledge of current mobile device security trends.
Hands-on experience on Apple and Google developer accounts to publish company applications.
Good knowledge of Samsung KNOX.
Understanding of Mail clients, SharePoint, O365 suites applications, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Overall Work experience of 7 to 10 Years in Technical domain
Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
Minimum years of relevant experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Intune.
