What You Will Do

  • Execution of Recruitment Process as per Market Area work instruction
  • Detailed Intake Discussion with Hiring Manager, understand the business requirement and agreed & report requirement specification.
  • Provide market insight and advise business with respect to Talent Availability and position fitment.
  • Search, connect, engage talent, considering the candidate has impactful experience with Ericsson in the Recruitment process.
  • Build Talent Pipeline through Active/Passive Sourcing
  • Ensure mandatory check before any application process to further workflow.
  • Manage Interviews and report feedback and cascaded in a constructive manner to all the parties involved in Hiring Process.
  • Compensation design and proposed/negotiation with the candidate by adhering to the salary setting guidelines.
  • Talent Advocacy to hire an ideal candidate within quick turnaround time.
  • Guide Hiring Managers, interviewers to follow the standard process to ensure every candidate has the same experience.
  • Offer/Contract drafting and coordinating with multiple teams to roll out the correct letter to the prospective candidate.
  • Regularly connect and engage candidates until they get oriented on the first day of joining.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within the required area
  • Relevant Experience: 3-6 Years
  • Experience in hiring local talent in the respective location
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proactive, service-oriented mind-set
  • Data Analytical skill

Additional Requirements

  • Expertise in sourcing Active/Passive Talent through the nontraditional method using a platform like LinkedIn, GitHub, headhunting, and others.
  • Experience in hiring people with Technical (preferably Telecom technologies) & Leadership skills
  • Equipped with ATS, HR System like Success factor (Recruiting module), SAP
  • Have been experienced working in Matrix organization
