Job Summary

EY is looking for a dedicated Assur EM Team-Staff member to help ensure effective resource scheduling, utilizing EY’s scheduling tools, such as ARMS and Retain. This role plays a critical part in optimizing resource utilization and ensuring the smooth running of projects. You’ll be responsible for addressing scheduling conflicts, maintaining clear communication, and providing essential analysis to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update resource schedules on scheduling tools like ARMS/Retain promptly.
  • Proactively review resource availability and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage resource requests via email, ensuring timely fulfillment within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Optimize resource utilization by efficient schedule management.
  • Provide basic reporting and analysis on resource deployment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet resource management goals and timelines.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and coordination across various teams and projects.
