Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop existing client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of CASA sales, banking sales, and liability products.
- Familiarity with HTML and C/C++ is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
