Role: Non-IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune & Gurgaon.
Job purpose:
The selected candidate will contribute to industrial perm business for Bangalore or Chennai team/ Individual Contributor to achieve his/her monthly/quarterly and yearly targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must be responsible for the Individual Targets as set by the Manager.
- Candidate Management: Must do industry mapping, competitor benchmarking, head hunting, talent mapping, sourcing through various portals, social media hirings, Hand holding the candidate etc especially in Auto/Manufacturing/EPC/Power/Oil & Gas/Energy/Electronics Sector.
- Client Management: Manage minimum 10 to 15 clients, meeting clients, understanding the JD, interacting with Hiring Managers, provide recruitment solutions etc
- Adhere to 4DX / MIS reports weekly.
- Adhere to ATS and internal recruitment tools/reports
- Actively participate in internal meetings/contribute to the team’s performance and continuous improvement activities.
- Responsible for any other activities time to time as and when given by the Team Manager/Business Head.
KRA/KPI:
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Targets – Individual targets
- Client Account Management
- Candidate Management /Client Mining
Skill Sets:
- Must have atleast 1 to 3 years’ experience in handling end o end recruitment for Industrial/Auto/Manufacturing/Oil & Gas/Infra/Power/Chemical/Aerospace requirements.
- Must have worked/placed candidates at Leadership level.
- Good understand and experience of various engineering/industrial segments

Qualification & Experience: BE or MBA with 1 to 3 years of experience in Industrial Recruitments
