Position Summary:
As a Cloud Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of cloud technologies within our organization. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guiding development teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams along with evaluating and recommending cloud technologies that align with organization’s overall business goals.
- Application Development: Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and deploy Cloud-Native applications.
- Cloud Migration: Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition of applications and data to the cloud.
- Cloud Native Security: Implement security measures to protect cloud environments, including access controls, encryption and vulnerability scanning.
- Cloud Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud architectures.
- Cloud Governance: Establish and maintain cloud governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Cloud Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of cloud environments, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize cloud spending and reduce costs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 8-12 years of experience in Infrastructure management with a strong focus on both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Extensive experience in deploying cloud centric applications in Azure or AWS.
- Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipeline for software applications and AI/ML models.
- Strong understanding of Cloud-Native technologies and architectures (e.g., containers, microservices, serverless)
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V etc.). Well-versed in DevOps and MLOps
- Cloud-based (AWS/Azure) deployment of models, performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Preferred Qualifications: Azure Certified Solutions Architect
