About the Role:
The role of a solutions architect is to create grounds up BPO and Media (People, process and technology) solutions for clients in the CMT industry. SAs will work with cross functional teams such as bid management, pricing, transitions, transformation, technology etc. to gather solution and pricing inputs and form a comprehensive solution as per the requirement. SAs will also support proactive requests to create POVs and research document and will empower sales team with capability collaterals as required. Since this vertical works like a startup, the role asks for more than what is stated above hence, SAs should be flexible, agile and ready to put in extra hours as required.

Key Responsibilities:

 Work with the CMT vertical leader on GTM planning strategically and also at an account level
 For Born Digital and Media companies lead solutioning, working with other service lines and functions
 Drive the pursuit working with Sales lead and any channel partners
 Build the skills, tools and other organization capabilities needed to be able to respond to the market with agility

 Bring to bear new and innovative commercial arrangements to deliver value to clients
 Build relationships with clients, prospects and channel partners to grow business and increase penetration
 Lead strategic and operational planning to achieve the Vertical’s goals by fostering technological innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future systems across the organization
 In early days, expect to work on solution and process standardization, capability collateral creation, secondary research and more.
Key Performance Indicators:
 Revenue of CMT vertical (winning solutions and pitches)
 Revenue proportion through digital and transformation solutions
 Capability building for CMT
