Key Responsibilities: –
- Retail Analytics Consulting (Sales Execution, Merchandising, Store Operations, etc.) for Fortune 500 Retail clients globally with focus in developed markets
- Formulate the strategy, vision, and execution plan for Sales transformation for Retail companies, leveraging Digital and technology.
- Conceptualizing and designing analytics services in the Sales Analytics for Retail companies primarily in modern trade/developed markets.
- Lead teams to deliver Retail analytics consulting projects for leading Retail clients.
- Experience of deploying Retail Analytics applications in area of Sales Execution, Merchandising, Store Operations for Modern Trade markets.
- Aid in Business Development and shaping proposals in the Sales transformation area.
- Build Relationships with Industry Retail leaders and help build the capability/Practice at Fractal
- Other skills /experience (preferred) would be CPG – Digital Commerce, RGM, Supply Chain and product management principles.
Success Profile: –
- You have a demonstrated track record of leading and delivering Sales Analytics engagements within new and existing Retail accounts for pure play analytics services, while consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
- You have strong commercial acumen that you can execute on to manage and grow revenue.
- You are an effective and credible storyteller with a strong ability to map client challenges to internal capabilities and can link those conversations back to business outcomes.
- You have excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills allowing you to engage client audiences ranging from technical implementers up through Business and Technology C-levels.
- You thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere, while defining issues/hypotheses, performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations of solution alternatives.
- You have demonstrated experience of leading large teams located globally, and are seen as a natural people leader, while effectively managing account growth goals.
Qualifications, Skills And Other Requirements
- M.B.A. or Post graduation in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Operations Research)
- Overall experience of 12-15 years preferred with deep knowledge on Sales Analytics for Retail
- Proven track record and desire to drive client relationships and sales activities and, over time, drive account/practice growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to think on his/her feet and engage with both the business and analytical community
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a cross-functional environment
- Willingness to work with a geographically distributed team structure in an extremely fast-paced and challenging environment
- Self-driven individuals with an appetite for rapid career growth and a can-do attitude are most likely to succeed in this role
- Open to travel to client locations for workshops, business meetings, etc.
