Experience: 2-3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Workday recruitment module to streamline and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- Conduct recruitment audits to ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of recruitment compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to external and internal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recruitment needs and implement effective strategies.
- Provide insights and reports on recruitment metrics to help shape future recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workday recruitment module is good to have but not mandatory
- Proven track record in managing recruitment audits and compliance.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
