Role Overview

Position: Change & Communications Specialist
Primary Focus: Driving organizational change and communications
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in project communications and change management
Key Competencies: Relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and change management methodologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project communication plans and calendars.
  • Create and deploy change and communication strategies for ongoing projects.
  • Support People & Culture initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify stakeholders, define engagement levels, and monitor stakeholder management activities.
  • Monitor the impact of planned project activities and ensure business stability during changes.
  • Develop change stories and manage the change journey in collaboration with HR.
  • Provide consulting and support to leaders, managers, and HR with communication strategies.
  • Coordinate activities with Corporate Communications for consistent messaging.
  • Design and execute internal communication platforms such as intranet pages and social media tools.
  • Manage external communications to enhance the employer value proposition (EVP).
  • Sponsor and lead global HR programs as the HR change lead.
