Role Overview
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing technical support and troubleshooting issues while working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Log, prioritize, and track service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with password resets, account unlocks, and other IT support tasks.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow established IT support processes to deliver consistent service.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT systems and applications (training provided).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
Locations
Positions are available in Fitzroy, Kew, and surrounding inner north/east areas. Some travel may be required.
