Job Description Summary
Asia Service Parts Specialist will be responsible for driving materials fulfillment by ensuring timely stocking at service warehouses and work to resolve issues impacting supplier OTD. Will also need to work on excess/avoid excess inventory supply. Will also support in Lean and Kaizen workouts focusing on parts fulfillment and inventory. Will be responsible for driving the materials fulfilment for Multi-modality parts.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Asia Service Parts Supply Specialist is responsible for planning of 1200 Asia sourced consumable/repairable service parts and managing of 30 vendors
- Support the GE HealthCare Services business and our end customers at hospitals and imaging centers around the world
- The goal is to achieve optimal global network availability and supplier performance by developing relationships and working strategically to drive sustainable service parts flow and work to resolve issues impacting customer fulfillment OTD (On time delivery)
- Partner with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Material Productivity, and cross-functional teams to support optimal fulfillment and financial performance
- Support inventory initiatives and be accountable to ensure in reduction of excess
- Support repair productivity
Basic Qualifications
- Graduate or post graduate preferably in Commerce/Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Supply chain vendor management
- Impactful vendor management techniques and engagement.
- Should have knowledge on how to use Oracle, SQCS, MWS(myworkshop), etc.

- Ability to diagnose issues, root cause, work with key stakeholders, find resolution and close actions
