- Experience as an IT Admin and familiarity with Security tools/features.
- Ability to navigate around in the Admin console
- Familiarity with Workspace or any Cloud collaboration offering
- Potential as a reseller or support agent.
- AWS certification is a must
- Experience in GSuit, Workspace, or Office 365
