Key Result Areas:

Job Description:

Production of composite raw material & fabrication process.
Technology for Rubber & Composite manufacturing facility in a time bound manner.
to Design & development of tools, jigs fixture in rubber & composites.
operations within budget for effective ROI as per plans by establishing work processes.
customer specific quality standards with facility approvals and practices like AS 9100, NADCAP for on time delivery of final product.
in Planning of facilities and resources like raw material inventory, operating procedures along with recruitment and training of personnel.
with technology transfer lab/organization.
& meet technology requirement of customer.
for procurement, billing, order execution
with partner labs, organization
in business development of Missile motor casings, Aircraft engines components & Assemblies in ceramic & high temp composites. Also for Rubber moulding,’ O’ Rings, gaskets, bellows for aerospace
on technology for High temp composites & rubber for missiles, UAV’s
OHSAS practices and ensuring safe working environment.
the information received; effort spent in creating every piece of information. Ensuring right information is accessed by right individuals. Ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
to control usage of energy sources for Environmental protection and Energy Security for sustainable growth.

Required:

Essential:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Chemical/Rubber/Polymer Technology in Engineering

Preferred:

BE (Mechanical) with training in composites will be preferred.

Exposure to NDT in composites is added advantage.
