Your Impact

As a Knowledge Management Associate, you will oversee program management for operational procedures in the Marcus Call Center. Your role is critical in ensuring standardized, compliant processes that enhance efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Knowledge Management team, oversee projects, and provide updates to management.
  • Manage process changes and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Work with stakeholders, including delivery managers, legal, risk, and compliance teams, to manage approvals.
  • Oversee the Change Management process for documentation updates.
  • Develop concise and user-friendly documentation for training and operational reference.
  • Ensure alignment of knowledge management processes with compliance standards.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Knowledge Management.
  • Proficiency in knowledge management systems like Right Answers or ServiceNow.
  • Strong project management experience with tools such as JIRA or Signavio.
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Knowledge Manager certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
  • Prior experience in Call Center and FinTech services.
  • Experience with knowledge management platforms and process optimization.
