- Experience with reviewing or assessment of digital content.
- Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy.
- Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
- Enforce YouTube’s content policies and ensure high quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team within the Trust and Safety organization.
- Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear written communication and policy analysis.
- Review and manage escalations from graphic and controversial video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
- Conduct reviews and source examples for critical policy drafts and partner with the Policy Enforcement Specialists so as to help draft enforcement guidelines.
- Gather insights from the core reviews that translate into improvements across key operations workflows.
