To effectively manage cross functional teams to ensure project delivery/solutions are as per the customer specifications and requirements; and, ensure customer satisfaction of project quality and progress

To prepare reports| analyse various data cuts and support roll outs as per the identified requirements.

To effectively manage cross functional teams to ensure project delivery/solutions are as per the customer specifications and requirements; and, ensure customer satisfaction of project quality and progress.

Support the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables, programmer level risk and issue coordination.

Track status of programmer deliverables and milestones.
Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of major Project Management deliverables.

Handle Onboarding of resources into the project by coordinating client interview followed by assignation of the shortlisted resources to the project in coordination with Work Force Planning Commission (WPC).

Conduct project induction for the employees on the Do s and Don ts in the project, escalation matrix in the project, introduction to the project etc.
Taking responsibility on completion of the mandatory trainings available for a newly joined employee before he/she hits the client floor

Taking ownership in collecting the data from the team leads and managers in the project to prepare the monthly Newsletter for the project which would be circulated in the higher management level and to the customer

Timely submission of all the reports(Daily/Weekly) Providing the data for the higher management and key stakeholders like finance and WPC on the project billing and expected additional billing

Handling the request of new positions on customer requests and replacement of existing positions on attritions through PRFs (Procurement Tool) and coordinating their timely closure with the WPC (Workforce Planning Team) and RMG (Recruitment Team) to avoid billing loss to the project.

Taking leadership in coordinating the Catalyst activities for the employees in the offshore for the Work Life Balance.
Coordinating and handling the official meetings for delivery management for the projects.
Handling the InfoSec Audit parameters for the project to be compliant in all aspects.
Handled Internal and External Financial audits for the project and maintained the project in Green on all parameters.
Access card initiation/revoking/new card. Validation of OMC Access level details on a weekly basis in coordination with the Admin.
Offshore Employee Seat Management
Asset management for the project in coordination with IT Admin.
Client Coordination- Meeting, Physical Client Visits if Any or Video conferences

Minimum 1 years of PMO Experience is needed.

PRF/Smart Recruit.
On boarding/Off boarding.
Asset Management
Knowledge about Incident/Change/Problem Management.
Vendor Management
Handling Customer Escalation
Should work on the Weekly Report/Daily reports
Should handle Audits.
Project Billing.
Ensure that project is compliant to all the parameters listed by the organization
