UK and Europe hiring experience is mandatory
This is Fulltime contract – 9-10 months with HCL.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition Functions & Skills Management across the Delivery units in Portugal.
- Work along with recruitment team to fulfil vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire.
- Improving effectiveness of Direct hiring channels & Responsible for Partner management.
- Responsible for managing all phases of Resource operations such as forecasting, scheduling, monitoring volumes while adjusting the resources to business objectives.
- Track & maintain – Billing adherence, Cost per hiring, revenue, profitability, and utilization numbers across multiple programs/Delivery Units.
- Influencing & managing direct cost through maintenance of pyramid.
- Responsible to participate & present resourcing progress & status in Management Review Meetings.
- Oversee fulfilment & mobilization of Resource requirements proactively.
- Track and resource hiring plan and hiring requests as per the revenue plan, done at the start of the year and based on continuous updates to this plan from the QoQ revenue/resource rolling forecasts.
- Promote strategies that allow for continuous improvement of employer branding in Portugal.
Qualities You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of Recruiting Experience: from sourcing top talent to closing candidates
- Have good understanding of sourcing candidates across multiple IT areas, . Exposure to hiring engineering skills will be an added advantage
- Focus on Candidate Experience: deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
- High-Volume Recruiting: thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, filling roles and driving talent acquisition projects
- Recruitment Strategy: employ innovative approaches to attract and engage top talent
