Job Purpose:
To Set up 24 * 7 Observability (applications and security), Applications Support and Incident Management Team for facilitating IT Delivery Stream to deliver various IT initiatives under the BaaS, International banking, and Digital Ecosystems. Manage all Experience Layer applications, API integrations and Redirection for BaaS integrations with corporates and third-party vendors. Setup SLA for availability, Incident Management. Application support to cover all dev / QA / Pre-Prod and Prod / DR environments including the sandboxes.

- Setup Observability and Incident Management SLA
- Workout SLAs for Observability (application and security), Application Availability, and Incident Management in line with the business requirements along with relevant tools.
- Setup Synthetic Monitoring Process
- Setup Applications / API End to End monitoring Process.
- Setup Applications / API availability dashboard
- Setup Incident Reporting process in line with regularity requirements
- Keep reviewing process at regular interval and fine tune the same in line with new business requirements and industry trends
- Run Applications Monitoring and Incident Management operations team
- Establish Application Monitoring Team that will ensure Applications Availability as per the SLA agreed with the business teams.
- Setup Applications Support and Incident Management Team and ensure the SLA as defined and agreed with the business teams.
- Setup Problem Management team
- Setup dashboards, Incident reporting process and teams.
- Setup InfoSec security observability, Monitoring and Support team in conjunction with BISO’s office.
- Interact with audit and compliance team to close audit observations.
