Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the Zoom platform, including user accounts, settings, and integrations.
- Ensure Zoom configurations align with organizational requirements and security policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their communication and collaboration needs within Zoom.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate Zoom with other collaboration tools and systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users for Zoom-related issues, including troubleshooting audio/video problems and connection issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate end-users on Zoom features and best practices.
- Implement and enforce security measures within Zoom to safeguard sensitive information.
- Stay updated on security best practices and apply necessary patches and updates.
- Ensure seamless integration between Zoom and other communication and collaboration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues.
- Monitor the performance and usage of Zoom.
- Generate reports on Zoom usage, adoption rates, and key performance indicators.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Zoom promptly.
- Collaborate with Zoom support if needed for more complex problems.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4 + years of experience as a Zoom Administrator or in a similar role.
- Certification in Zoom administration is highly desirable.
- Proficient understanding of video conferencing technologies and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
