Role Overview
As a Sales Manager at Hexaware, you will own and manage named client accounts, drive revenue growth, and foster client relationships. This role involves managing a mix of development and maintenance accounts while championing IT solutions to address client challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure strong client relationships.
- Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Lead business conversations with C-level executives to identify and solve client challenges.
- Develop client business plans and negotiate profitable contracts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, sales specialists, and delivery teams to meet client needs.

Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical, plus an MBA from a Tier-1 B-School.
- At least 5 years of experience selling IT services in the Indian domestic market.
