Role Overview
The Marketing Support Team Lead role is an Individual Contributor (IC) position based in Navi Mumbai. As part of the marketing administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing various processes, from managing invoices and expenses to preparing reports for team members. Key Accountabilities
- Manage the PREQs cycle, ensuring invoices and GRs are processed accurately and on time.
- Support approval processes for A&P expenses, professional services, and other ad-hoc costs across multiple teams and regions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in JIRA tickets and PO management.
- Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly reports, including A&P calculations, budget forecasts, and ROI analysis of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to balance A&P calculations and submit reports.
- Gather data using BI/PowerBI tools and present KPIs in digestible formats for the team.
- Oversee CRM pipeline management, including LTO files and marketing operations tasks related to events and campaigns.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in marketing administration or support roles.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, approvals, and expenses across multiple teams and regions.
- Experience in handling marketing data and reporting, including using BI/PowerBI tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, and familiarity with various marketing operations processes.
