We’re seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to involve working closely with clients to implement, customize, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR systems, particularly with hands-on experience in implementing Employee Central modules.

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology or have equivalent work experience.
  • Have a minimum of six years of experience in SAP, specifically in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off, Time tracking, and knowledge of integrating these modules with third-party tools.
  • Have at least one experience of successfully leading an End-to-End implementation in SF Employee Central with Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits.
  • Implementation experience in Time Off and Time Tracking.
  • Should be able to work on Time objects, Time Evaluation rules, Time tracking configurations.
  • Should have hands on experience in providing solutions to Time and Attendance related issues.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
  • Ideally, have some knowledge of two additional SuccessFactors modules.
  • Show a strong track record of leading a team for EC implementation projects and effectively collaborating with offshore teams.
  • Possess certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time, which is considered a plus.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Display a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to process and procedure improvement to enhance service quality, delivery, and support.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, enabling effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Be adaptable and capable of working analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Be willing and able to travel to client sites as required.
