Role Overview

As a Junior Buyer for External Brands, you will play a key role in building our new beauty assortment. You’ll utilize your analytical skills and business acumen to select products that meet customer needs, drive sales, and contribute to the brand’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in selecting product assortments and negotiating prices and terms.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with brand partners.
  • Ensure accurate and timely product data collection from partners.
  • Manage campaign briefs, product samples, and partner invoicing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of trends.
  • Ensure timelines are met for internal and partner processes.
  • Contribute to project development and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in buying or related field.
  • Passion for beauty and strong business mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, administrative, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, and planning tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
